What is Plenty For All? We are a non-profit with 501c3 status, 100% volunteer run with the intention of helping our neighbors avoid foreclosure and obtain homes of their own. As of this date, we have helped 13 families stay in their homes or achieve home ownership. Everyone runs into hard times and we aim to help those families out that have the determination to get back on their feet. Our board of directors carefully reviews each applicant to be sure that they are able to continue holding up a mortgage but have run into difficulty and need a boost from someone who cares. We give eligible applicants a grant and so far every family that we have helped is still living in their home! We also give grants to new home owners that may need a helping hand tcover the hidden costs that come with acquiring a home.

Where Caribou Dream There is something magical about caribou. I cherish my experiences of seeing them. It's as though they are reminders that this world of matter is not the whole of existence. There seems to exist a mystical world that the shamans know.
The tundra is their home. Being on the tundra is an indescribable feeling. I worked on capturing this feeling in this painting.
Raven the Time Master Ravens are amazing to me. They are impressive at least and they seem to live outside of this world and in a space that can see throughout all time. I often have highly intuitive experiences when the ravens call or fly over. It is as though they speak to me from this different place.
The Beauty of Serenity This image is my only non Alaskan one. it is a shoreline on the Atlantic coast in Acadia National Park. The fog was rolling through a beautiful sunny day, creating a mood that was serenely beautiful.
The Midnight Sun The midnight sun is one of the most enchanting of
the Alaskan experiences. It is also a great pleasure to attempt to
create the skyscapes of the summer months.
The Midnight Dance Of the Birch Tree Maidens I
have always been intrigued by stories of the devas. My daughter once
told me that she had caught a glimpse of the birch tree maidens. It
inspired this painting. It was -30F on the full moon winter evening that
this image was taken from.
Being in the Calm of the Center These are turbulent times indeed. Alaskan glacial
waters move coldly and dangerously in the wintertime. The world appears
to be crazy and it is oftimes difficult to maintain calmness and
equilibrium.
This image speaks from my soul to remind
myself and others that there is a place within that is unaffected by
what takes place in the illusion of the material world. Like the
stillness of an Alaskan lily pad in a warm summer sun, it is a place of
Oneness with all of creation and with the Divine. Joy, inner calmness
and bliss are its affects. I live my life to bring these attributes from
this inner world to the sometimes turbulent outer world around me.
The Dawning of a New Day I live my life to do what I can to put love and caring into a world
that seems desperately lacking in it. It is my hope that the prophesized
time of the Golden Age of Peace and Plenty for all will anchor itself
to this old Earth and to the world of Humans. I live and work for this
dream. Sometimes I see glimmers of this new time in its very beginnings.
This image of daybreak on the Tanana River in winter reflects this deep hope.
The Runestone of Wholeness This painting goes by another name that is The Foothills of Denali.
Denali is the Native Alaskan name for Mount McKinley. It means 'the
Great One'.
This painting was very labor intensive and took forever. When it was finished I discovered that I had unconsciously painted the rune for wholeness. This was, at the time, an important theme in my life as I was working on attaining wholeness within myself.
The Splendor of the Sea My family and I would journey south from Fairbanks to the Kenai Peninsula. Where we would celebrate the fourth of July in Seward, Alaska. Ressurection Bay is a rainy spot and on the rare day of sunshine the green/blue waters of the sea are splendid indeed. I so enjoyed capturing the wetness of the rocks in this image.
Snow Geese on the Road to Pilgrim Hot Springs The Seward Peninsula has a hot springs. This is the road out of Nome that goes there. On a fallish day at dusk this image was born.

Inner and Outer Journey of the Soul Life to me, is
two separate yet distinct adventures. One is seen and involves the
body, the other is unseen and involves the lessons brought about by
spirit on the inside. The material and the spiritual interweave and
effect the other.
Looking to Eternal Love This piece was inspired by talks I'd had with my
brother Tom. He lived in Nome by the Bering Sea. I discovered that we
both turn to the idea of something bigger than ourselves when we need
help and guidance. Love is its essence.

The Source of Passion I
painted this piece when I lived on the Kandik River one hundred miles or
so down river from Eagle Alaska. The center was taken on a evening in
late August with the return of the nightime sky. We were set up in fish
camp looking across the Yukon River. That beautiful river flows into the
Bering Sea that has captured my heart in dreams long before I ever set
eyes on it. The Arctic tern is an amazing bird that migrates every year
from the Arctic to Anarctica and back living the polar summers that are
so awesome.
The Awesomeness of God in all of Its Forms There are times when creation moves me deeply. I was challenged to
express this feeling in an image and so this one was born. It honors
God as Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Life.
I included the tundra of the Seward Peninsula with the lovely gray green waters of the Bering Sea.
The Midnight Jewel I've always loved the nightime sky. Alaska doesn't lend itself to enjoying the full moon on warm summer nights. But sometimes the turn of the season allows for a glimpse of the midnight jewel in sweater weather.
Violet Fire Life is a gift. Violet Fire is the color
that transmutes energy that has been misqualified by choices in life.
Utilizing the Violet fire brings life energy back into balance.
Irises bloom very briefly in June. They are the perfect embodiment, to
me, of the violet fire.
On a Journey I moved out to the Yukon River between Eagle and
Circle and spent the first winter on Washington Creek. There I built the
roof of our six-sided log cabin and dug out the floor with an adz while
I was five months to eight and a half months pregnant with my second
child, Rae Mist. She was birthed on Washington Creek as had been Willow
(girl at right) earlier that year. Here is Willow with her mother Barb
and her brother Wakan.
The story of 'On a Journey' goes like this.
Barb and her partner Errol were on the banks of Washington Creek one
summer. They happened to notice two mated geese fly over and then a
speck that slowly grew as it fell to the Earth. It was a feather heading
in their direction. Gently it took its time floating towards them both.
It finally landed on the creek before them. Errol got up and headed to
the canoe to retrieve it. But Barb said, "No, leave it, it's on a
journey."
Columbia Glacier Columbia
Glacier is melting as the Earth seems to be in flux. I feel glad to have
experienced the wonder of the glaciers. I wonder if my children's
children will see them one day.
I included the tundra of the Seward Peninsula with the lovely gray green waters of the Bering Sea.

Memory Of Caribou The tundra holds the secret of the mysterious caribou. The antlers that are shed and strewn about speak of the memory of their having passed through.
Wonder I first experienced the Bering Sea in a dream. Its pull for me is deep and mystical.
This painting sought to capture this feeling. I felt especially happy to have successfully captured the waves as well as I did.
Unsurpassed in Beauty in All the Universe The Wrangell Mountains are extraordinary. I often wonder how other planets look. Could it be that there is a planet more beautiful anywhere in the universe? I wouldn't put it pass the Creator but it is difficult for me to imagine one that is.
The roundness of this canvas lent itself to putting a new moon shaped Earth as viewed from outer space.
